At Couches to Curios, our online estate sale process is designed to make selling your items effortless and profitable. Managing an estate is overwhelming, and our goal is to alleviate your stress by taking this huge weight off your shoulders. Here's how we work together: 

• Do I Qualify for an Online Estate Sale?
  • Our online estate sales are designed to be used in conjunction with selling consignable furniture items in our retail space at the same time.  
    
  • Our basic criteria for an online estate sale includes:
    • 10+ consignable furniture items
      
    • Items to be sold in an online estate sale 
      • • These are items that do not meet our consignment criteria. Examples include but are not limited to: workout equipment, tools, cookware, out of season decor, games, collectibles, furniture in heavily used condition, etc.

• Personalized Home Assessment: A member from our estate sale team assesses each home individually for it's specific resale needs.
• Strategic Product Placement:
  • We will move your most valuable items to our retail consignment space to sell them over a 90 day sales contract. Our proven consignment model consistently yields higher returns than a traditional in-person estate sale.
  • Everything else will be organized, merchandised, and listed on an online estate sale using an auction platform.
    
  • We can help with donation and trash removal as well.
