Do I Qualify for an Online Estate Sale?
- Our online estate sales are designed to be used in conjunction with selling consignable furniture items in our retail space at the same time.
- Our basic criteria for an online estate sale includes:
- 10+ consignable furniture items
- Items to be sold in an online estate sale

- These are items that do not meet our consignment criteria. Examples include but are not limited to: workout equipment, tools, cookware, out of season decor, games, collectibles, furniture in heavily used condition, etc.

- Our online estate sales are designed to be used in conjunction with selling consignable furniture items in our retail space at the same time.
- Personalized Home Assessment: A member from our estate team assesses each home individually for it's specific resale needs.

- We will move your most valuable items to our retail consignment space to sell them over a 90 day sales contract. Our proven consignment model consistently yields higher returns than a traditional in-person estate sale.
- Everything else will be organized, merchandised, and listed on an online estate sale using an auction platform.
- Comprehensive Handling: Our estate team takes complete care of 100% of your valuable items through the entire resale process. You just sit back and get paid!
